Set up your class in minutes
Enter pupils - first names only - and then divide them into groups
On your first visit to the classroom, Grupop shows a short tip tour (logo, menu, pops, rewards, and favourite resources). Replay it any time from here.
Grupop is a classroom rewards system where the pupil rewards are contained within the system itself.
Here is a quick explanation of the Grupop Rewards system:
Enter pupils - first names only - and then divide them into groups
A pop can be awarded to a group with one single tap on the cauldron
Generate the codes once at the start of the year and share them via printouts or in digital form
The pupils use these codes to login to their profile on any device at home or in school
There are currently 2500 different customisation combinations available, with more on the way
When a group reaches a certain number of pops, they get a chance to show their Pop Pals to the rest of the class on the classroom screen
A Pop Pal is a pupil’s customisable avatar. Pupils pick outfit, pose and face; seeing their Pop Pal on the class screen is the main reward in Pop Progress.
A short class celebration when groups reach the Pop Count. Groups get a vial fill for progress; those at or above the count show their Pop Pals on screen. Afterwards, every group’s count resets to zero.
The number of pops a group needs before their Pop Pals can appear during Pop Progress. Groups below that number still get a vial fill showing their progress; only groups at or above the Pop Count show their Pop Pals. You set it in Rewards System (default is 10).
Standard - text and numbers; you run Pop Progress when you choose.
Minimal Text (shared goals) - picture-led for larger classes; Pop Progress runs automatically when the target is reached.
Minimal Text Individual - picture-led for smaller classes with individual goals; also automatic when the target is reached.

Grupop is made for Irish schools and follows Irish law. It is not limited by geo-blocking, but support and policy assume an Irish school context.
No - the menu lock PIN is optional. Set one if you want to safeguard against anyone but you opening the teacher menu on the classroom screen.
Parents do not get their own Grupop login. Only teachers and pupils (via access codes generated by the teacher in Grupop and shared by the teacher) use the app.
