What is Grupop and who we are
Grupop is an online classroom rewards platform for Irish schools, created and operated by Grupop Classroom Limited (‘Grupop’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this Cookie Notice). We respect your privacy and data protection rights.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website or app. They are used to make websites function and to help websites remember information about you (e.g. login details and settings).
Similar technologies such as local storage and session storage serve a similar purpose and are also covered by this Cookie Notice. Cookies and tracking technologies are referred to as ‘cookies’ throughout this Cookie Notice.
Our use of cookies
We use cookies to ensure you get the best experience. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and app to function properly.
We use the minimal number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the functioning of Grupop.
We do not use or deploy advertising or marketing cookies or cookies that require your consent.

Third party cookies
- Grupop does not embed social media widgets, advertising networks, or other third-party content that places third party cookies on your device. Website analytics are provided by Plausible without cookies.
- Our payment processor Stripe may set cookies during the subscription checkout process. These are governed by Stripe’s own cookie policy and privacy policy, which you can find at stripe.com/privacy.
Your rights and do we need your consent?
Under Irish and EU law (ePrivacy Regulations and GDPR), strictly necessary cookies do not require user consent. All cookies used by Grupop fall into the strictly necessary category - they are essential for the platform to function and cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
If we introduce any non-essential cookies in future we will update this Cookie Notice and implement appropriate consent mechanisms.
How to manage cookies
Although all cookies used by Grupop are strictly necessary, you can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please be aware that deleting Grupop’s authentication cookies will log you out of the platform and you will need to log in again.
